“This job was my first job out of college. I planned to go to nursing school, but opportunities in CSL continued to come,” she says. “I’'ve been afforded the opportunity to move to places that a girl from Kansas only dreamed of and have been able to work with hundreds of incredible people all over the U.S., all because of this company.”
She adds: “Not many people dream of working in plasma-derived therapies growing up, but this company has been full of opportunities and brings together an incredibly diverse group of managers and leaders across operations.”
She also appreciates the sacrifices plasma donors make.
"Plasma donors are the literal lifeblood of our organization,” shares Liz. “I’ve seen dedication of our donors daily when they would be waiting, rain or shine, to come through our doors and selflessly give a piece of themselves to help someone else.”
