Your donations made 2025 a year of life-saving impact

At CSL, everything we do starts with a commitment to making a positive, lasting impact on people’s lives. Our mission is simple but powerful: deliver life-saving medicines, support public health, advance science, and strengthen the communities where we live and work.

Our FY2025 Impact shows just how far we’ve come—and none of it would be possible without our incredible plasma donors.

Plasma Donors: The Heart of CSL Plasma

Plasma donors are more than partners—you are the lifeblood of the life-saving therapies we create. Without your generosity, dedication, and consistency, millions of patients would not receive the treatments they depend on.

Beyond your compensation for donating, we are committed to supporting your overall wellbeing, improving your donation experience, and investing in the health and equity of donor communities.

Better Technology, Faster Visits

Your time matters, and we’ve been working hard to make each donation smoother and more efficient. This year, we introduced more than 200 new Rika plasmapheresis machines, which helped reduce average donation times from 90–120 minutes to 60–80 minutes.

We’re also designing individualized donations using new technology that considers your height, weight, and hematocrit—making your visit safer and more personalized than ever before.

Your Donation Creates Economic Impact, Too

Every CSL Plasma donor center helps strengthen the local communities we serve. With nearly 330 plasma centers across the U.S., Germany, and Hungary, each center generates approximately $6 million in annual economic activity—supporting local jobs, wages, donor payments, and nearby businesses.

In the U.S. alone, a typical CSL Plasma center employs around 50 full-time employees and pays about $2 million each year in wages. Your donations don’t just save lives—they also help build stronger neighborhoods.

Your Collective Impact in 2025

Thanks to donors like you, CSL was able to make a meaningful difference this year:

  •  8.8 million patients were treated with plasma-derived and recombinant therapies
  •  $24 million was provided in support for patient communities
  • ~$6 million in average economic activity was generated per donor center
    And that’s just the beginning.

Thank You for an Incredible Year

Our donors are truly amazing. Because of you, millions of individuals around the world received the therapies they rely on.

Let’s make an even greater impact in the year ahead.
